Arsenal are still leading the race to secure the signature of Declan Rice this summer, however the North London side face stiff competition from reigning Premier League and European champions Manchester City.
Declan Rice is the main priority signing for Mikel Arteta this summer and their pursuit of the Hammers player will, step-up a gear with a third bid set to be tabled this week.
